I am blessed.

Kara is the artist behind the lovely drawing displayed here.

She drew it this morning. Our conversation went something like this:

Kara: "Mommy come and see! Come and see!"
Me: "Tell me about your picture!"
Kara: "It's KARA!!!"
(she continues adding to her picture....)
Me: "Who are those other heads?"
Kara: "That's mommy and daddy outside!"

(I just showed her the photograph and asked again about the 2 heads and this time they were "Leah and Grandma.")

I will tuck these memories away in my heart. I am blessed.

And, is it just me or is that a pretty darn good drawing for a 2 yr old??? Maybe I'm just biased... nah - she really is an artistic genius. :)
